Breaking update from the A-Trace project!

We’re proud to mark a significant step forward in our collaboration with Maxion Wheels Czech s.r.o. – one of the two A-Trace machines has officially arrived at the Maxion plant, and on-site testing has begun!

With the machine now on site, the project takes a tangible step from development to real-world application. Following extensive in-house work, A-Trace is being tested directly in an industrial setting for the first time. The project, which was recognized under the prestigious SIGMA Program (Seal of Excellence, EIC Accelerator), is moving closer to its goal of transforming quality control in automotive manufacturing.

With our real-time LIBS analysis, A-Trace is set to deliver a new standard in quality control for aluminum alloys. Its seamless integration into Maxion’s production processes is currently undergoing real-world testing to validate performance, robustness, and reliability under industrial conditions.

This is more than just a technical deployment – it’s the transformation of a vision into reality. We are not only testing a machine, but pioneering the future of quality assurance in automotive manufacturing.
